1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CraftCloud's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

CraftCloud provides web development, mobile application development, and related digital services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom website development
  • Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
  • E-commerce solutions
  • Cloud infrastructure setup and management
  • API development and integration
  • Ongoing maintenance and support

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in your project agreement. For package services:

  • 50% deposit is required before project commencement
  • Remaining 50% is due upon project completion
  • Subscription services are billed monthly in advance
  • All payments are processed securely via bank transfer or invoice
  • Prices are in GBP unless otherwise specified

4. Project Timeline

We commit to a 24-hour initial response time for all enquiries. Project timelines vary based on scope:

  • Starter websites: 2-3 weeks
  • Professional websites: 4-6 weeks
  • Premium/Enterprise projects: 8-12 weeks
  • Mobile applications: 8-16 weeks depending on complexity

Timelines begin after deposit payment and receipt of all required materials from the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide all necessary content, assets, and information in a timely manner
  • Respond to communications within 48 hours during active project phases
  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. CraftCloud retains the right to:

  • Display the work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise
  • Reuse general frameworks, libraries, and methodologies in future projects
  • Retain ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property used in the project

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the package:

  • Starter packages: 2 rounds of revisions
  • Professional packages: 3 rounds of revisions
  • Premium packages: Unlimited revisions during project period

Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty on all delivered projects. This covers:

  • Fixing any bugs or errors in the delivered code
  • Ensuring features work as specified in the project agreement
  • Basic technical support for deployment issues

Extended support and maintenance packages are available separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

CraftCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
